Cucumber Margarita Mocktail (Easy Cucumber Lime Mocktail)
This cucumber margarita mocktail is bright, crisp, and lightly fizzy, with fresh lime, orange juice, and a cool cucumber finish. It looks a little special, but it is easy enough for a slow afternoon, brunch with friends, or a sunny weekend drink.

- 1 medium cucumber peeled and sliced, plus a few extra slices for garnish (about 7 oz / 200 g)
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice about 1-2 limes, 80 ml
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup or honey 15 ml
- 1/2 cup orange juice 120 ml
- 1/2 cup sparkling water or soda of your choice 120 ml
- ice cubes
- fresh mint leaves for garnish optional
Rub the rim of each glass with a lime wedge, then dip into salt or sugar if desired.
Blend the cucumber until smooth. Strain if you want a smoother drink.
In a shaker or pitcher, stir together the cucumber puree, lime juice, orange juice, and agave syrup or honey.
Gently stir in the sparkling water or soda.
Fill the glasses with ice and pour the drink over the top.
Garnish with cucumber slices and fresh mint leaves, if using.
Serve right away.
