Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh strawberries 454 g
  • 2 lemons juiced (about 1/2 cup or 120 ml)
  • 1 cup water 240 ml
  • 1/4 cup agave nectar 60 ml

Instructions

  • Remove the tops from the strawberries and wash them.
  • Add the strawberries, water, lemon juice, and agave nectar to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert the sticks.
  • Freeze for at least 6 hours, or until firm.

Notes

  • Taste the mixture before freezing if you want to adjust the sweetness.
  • Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
  • For easy release, run the mold under warm water for a few seconds before unmolding.
