Place the green candy melts in a clean, dry, microwave safe bowl.
Microwave in short bursts of about 20 to 30 seconds.
Stir well after each burst, scraping the bottom and sides.
Stop heating when most of the discs are melted, then keep stirring until completely smooth.
If the melted candy feels too thick for dipping, stir in a small spoonful of neutral oil (such as vegetable or canola) or a little shortening until it loosens up. It should flow slowly off the spoon, not clump.
