Blue Layer
- 1 box blue Jell O (3 ounces)
- 1 cup hot water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup vodka
White Layer
- 2 packets unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)
- up to 1/2 cup vodka (optional)
Red Layer
- 1 box red Jell O (3 ounces)
- 1 cup hot water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup vodka
For Garnish
- Whipped cream
- Red, white, and blue sprinkles
Dissolve the blue Jell O in hot water. Stir in cold water and vodka. Cool slightly, pour into cups one-third full, and chill until set.
Bloom the gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes. Stir in hot water until dissolved, then mix in sweetened condensed milk and optional vodka. Cool to room temperature, pour over the blue layer, and chill until set.
Dissolve the red Jell O in hot water. Stir in cold water and vodka. Cool slightly, pour over the white layer, and chill until fully set, at least 2 to 3 hours.
Top with whipped cream and sprinkles right before serving.
- Use a tray to make moving the cups easier.
- Let each layer cool before pouring for cleaner stripes.
- Chill each layer fully before adding the next.
- Store covered in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
