Ingredients

  • 1 cup cranberry juice or strawberry juice
  • 1 cup lemonade homemade or tart store-bought
  • 1 cup blue sports drink or blue raspberry soda
  • Ice for serving

Instructions

  • Chill the cranberry or strawberry juice, lemonade, and blue drink until very cold. Chilled drinks layer more easily.
  • Pour the cranberry juice or strawberry juice into the bottom of a clear glass.
  • Turn a spoon upside down and hold it just above the red layer. Slowly pour the blue drink over the back of the spoon so it settles gently.
  • Repeat with the lemonade, pouring slowly over the back of the spoon to create the top layer.
  • Add ice and serve right away.

Notes

  • Drinks with more sugar are heavier, so the exact layering can vary depending on the brands you use.
  • Test one small glass first if you want the neatest layers for a party.
  • For a kid-friendly Memorial Day garnish, use lemon slices, berries, fun straws, or star-shaped ice cubes.
  • If making this ahead, chill the drinks in advance but wait to layer the punch until right before serving.
