Looking for a quick, high-protein, low-calorie dessert that’s gone viral for a reason? Meet Greek Yogurt Jello Fluff! Also known as flummery, or yogurt jelly mousse, this simple yet versatile treat is the perfect healthy snack or dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth. Bonus: Kids absolutely love it too!

Two glass dessert cups: one with pink Greek Yogurt, raspberries, and cream, the other with yogurt, cottage cheese, and pink heart sprinkles—surrounded by raspberries and heart-shaped sprinkles for a healthy dessert on a white surface.

Jelly yogurt mousse ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (choose your favorite brand). I like full fat Greek yogurt because it makes for a creamier fluff, but it’s easy to make this even lower in calories and fat by using low-fat option.
  • 1 (0.3 oz) packet sugar-free Jello (I used raspberry flavor)
  • 1 cup water

If you like this recipe, I highly recommend experimenting with different flavors, like:

  • key lime yogurt and lime jello
  • orange jello (makes it taste like an orange creamsickle!)
  • raspberry jello and French vanilla yogurt
  • strawberry jello and strawberry cheesecake yogurt
  • unflavored gelatin and cocoa powder
Three bowls on a white surface: one with pink Jello Fluff mix, one with clear water, and one with creamy Greek Yogurt. Each has a handwritten label pointing to it—perfect for crafting a healthy dessert.

You can also get even more protein by using muscle nation protein jelly or adding a scoop of protein powder (whey or plant-based) to the yogurt before mixing in the jello.

You can also use this recipe to make a mock cheesecake – in this case I would replace the yogurt with blended cottage cheese so it tastes more like cheesecake.

And the last optional thing you can do to spruce it up is to add frozen or fresh berries to the mix.

Greek Yogurt Jello Recipe

1. Prepare the Jello:
Boil 1 cup of water and add it to your Jello crystals. Stir well until completely dissolved. Do not add cold water, as the yogurt will replace this in the next step. Set aside to cool to room temperature while remaining liquid.

2. Get the Yogurt Ready:
Place the Greek yogurt in a medium mixing bowl and allow it to come to room temperature. This ensures smooth blending without separation.

3. Combine:
Gradually add the cooled Jello to the yogurt, mixing thoroughly. For an extra protein boost and creaminess, consider adding a scoop of protein powder (whey or plant-based) to the yogurt before mixing. Optionally, you can also fold in fresh or frozen berries.
